After Barry commits his wife to a mental hospital (telling his constituents that “she’s on holiday”) he finds himself alone with 5 teenage girls he barely knows. Desperate, he impulsively picks up a hitchhiker named Shaz (Toni Collette) and installs her in his home as nanny to his daughters.

Rockstar Games has released 10 more screenshots from Grand Theft Auto V, coming to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on September 17. The game is described as follows:

Los Santos: a sprawling sun-soaked metropolis full of self-help gurus, starlets and fading celebrities, once the envy of the Western world, now struggling to stay afloat in an era of economic uncertainty and cheap reality TV. Amidst the turmoil, three very different criminals plot their own chances of survival and success: Franklin, a former street gangster, now looking for real opportunities and serious money; Michael, a professional ex-con whose retirement is a lot less rosy than he hoped it would be; and Trevor, a violent maniac driven by the chance of a cheap high and the next big score. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Books a Ski Resort

Although most of the film is planned to shoot in and around New York City, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has now booked production time at the Big Tupper Ski Area in Tupper Lake, New York. The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports that the Platinum Dunes production will make use of the resort which, last September, was forced to shut down.

Three days of shooting will also take place at Lake Tupper's local golf course and the schedule is said to call for a scene wherein a helicopter lands on the driving range.

To be directed by Jonathan Liebesman, the film features a screenplay by Josh Appelbaum, Andrew Nemec, Art Marcum, Matt Holloway and John Fusco, based on the characters created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman.

So far, only two cast members have been announced: Megan Fox will star as reporter April O'Neil and Alan Ritchson will play Raphael. Check back for further casting and production updates as they become available.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is scheduled for release on May 14, 2014.

J.J. Abrams is already in charge of the "Star Trek" franchise at Paramount Pictures and he was recently put at the helm of Lucasfilm's Star Wars: Episode VII, but in an alternate dimension, he may have also been shaping the future of DC Comics' Superman if Warner Bros. went with his recently leaked treatment for Superman Flyby rather than the current plans for Zack Snyder's Man of Steel.

Talking to Empire, Abrams explained what he was trying to do with his take on Superman: “The thing that I tried to emphasise in the story was that if the Kents found this boy, Kal-El, who had the power that he did, he would have most likely killed them both in short order, and the idea that these parents would see â€" if they were lucky to survive long enough â€" that they had to immediately begin teaching this kid to limit himself and to not be so fast, not be so strong, not be so powerful."

“The result of that, psychologically, would be fear of oneself, self-doubt and being ashamed of what you were capable of," he continued. "Extrapolating that to adulthood became a fascinating psychological profile of someone who was not pretending to be Clark Kent, but who was Clark Kent. Who had become that kind of a character who is not able or willing to accept who he was and what his destiny was."

“The idea in the movie was that he became Superman because he realised he had to finally own his strength and what he’d always been. I don’t know if that’s what Zack and Chris [Nolan] are doing, but it looks like that’s part of the idea and I could not be more thrilled to see that movie. That to me was always the way to go," he concluded.

Kate Winslet Confirmed for Neil Burger's Divergent

Lionsgate's Summit Entertainment confirmed today that Kate Winslet will star as Jeanine Matthews in the studio's futuristic action adventure Divergent. She joins previously-announced cast members Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Jai Courtney, Zoë Kravitz, Ansel Elgort and Maggie Q.

The film, based on author Veronica Roth's New York Times bestseller, will be directed by Neil Burger from a script by Vanessa Taylor and commences principal photography this April in Chicago. The original draft of the script was written by Evan Daugherty. Doug Wick and Lucy Fisher are producing the project via their Red Wagon Entertainment banner along with Pouya Shahbazian. Red Wagon's Rachel Shane is executive producing. Summit will release the film theatrically in North America on Friday, March 21, 2014.

Divergent is a thrilling adventure set in a future world where people are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities. Tris Prior (Woodley) is warned she is Divergent and will never fit into any one group. When she discovers a conspiracy to destroy all Divergents, she must find out what makes being Divergent so dangerous before it's too late.

Following the success of their Playstation 3 hit, "The Unfinished Swan," Giant Sparrow has today announced that their next game will be titled "Edith Finch". Details are currently few, but you can check out a piece of concept art beneath that company's official statement:

When you make games about evoking a sense of discovery and wonder the publicity part of it is a little tricky. If we don’t say anything then no one knows the game exists, but if we talk about it too much then no one is going to be surprised when they actually play it.

That’s why for our next game we’re going to start talking about it early but in broad strokes. Our last game took us a little over 3 years to make so as you can imagine we’re still in a very early phase on this new one. We’re pretty excited about it though and wanted to share some of that enthusiasm along with a piece of concept art.

Mostly, we just wanted to answer all the fans who have been asking us if we’re working on anything new. The answer is “yes,” by the way. The working title is “Edith Finch” and there’s no release date or platforms announced.

Also, we’re hiring! So if you’re a Game Designer, Art Director, or Producer interested in creating surreal experiences feel free to get in touch. If you’ll be at the Game Developers Conference next week let us know and we can setup an interview.

Starring Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, Benedict Cumberbatch, Alice Eve and Peter Weller, Star Trek Into Darkness is directed by J.J. Abrams and hits North American IMAX theaters May 15, going wide on May 17. It will be released a week earlier in the UK on May 9.

Director Lynne Ramsay a No-Show on First Day of Jane Got a Gun

We can't recall this happening before, but Deadline is reporting that Jane Got a Gun director Lynne Ramsay was a no-show on the first day of filming, leaving producer Natalie Portman (who is also starring) and Scott Steindorff scrambling to find a replacement. Joel Edgerton, Rodrigo Santoro and Jude Law were also set to start filming today.

Steindorff, who is financing the film through his Scott Pictures label, said they are determined to hold the picture together. “I have millions of dollars invested, we’re ready to shoot, we have a great script, crew and cast,” Steindorff said. “I’m shocked and so disappointed someone would do this to 150 crew members who devoted so much time, energy, commitment and loyalty to a project, and then have the director not show up. It is insane somebody would do this to other people. I feel more for the crew and their families, but we are keeping the show going on, directors are flying in, and a replacement is imminent.”

As far as legal ramifications, Steindorff said that Ramsay “was pay or play, and Marty Singer has been retained. My focus is on making this movie, but I will protect all my rights. This comes down to an irresponsible act by one person.”

Ramsay previously directed We Need to Talk About Kevin, starring Tilda Swinton, John C. Reilly and Ezra Miller. It will be interesting to hear her side of the story.

Jane Got a Gun centers on a woman who must ask an ex-lover for help in order to save her outlaw husband from a gang who are out to kill him.

Some other reviewer stated this kind of story had already been told... Well has it?. Not this one in particular, I think the characters are quite real. Both main characters and extras have done a wonderful job keeping it real, nothing i have seen in Argentinian films for a while. The shots are beautiful and seem to capture very well the actual landscape of the "villas". Music on the other hand doesn't live up to the most dramatic moments in the film, and personally I think it could have been improved. To sum up "Elefante blanco" is definitely a movie to be watched, and mostly a message to be heard.
